Our deposits are non-refundable.If you pay in full in advance and then cancel before 2 weeks before your date, we will refund all but the deposit.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
We are a family owned/operated service with all of our drivers having been professionally trained, many holding CDL license as well as Red Cross certified in first aid and CPR trained.

Q.	What services do you provide?
We offer limo service for weddings, proms and all special occasions.We can accomadate from 3 passengers to 10 passengers, or, larger groups by combining the use of several of our cars.

All over the East Coast-from NY to Fla.

Q.	What makes you different from other travel agents?
Because we are a small service, you are not a "number" to us.We try to pay attention to the little details, we discuss in depth what you would like to have us do, and we try to go a step beyond what you ask.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
depends on the car-for our 8 passenger-75.00 per hour with a minimum booking of 4 hours;our 10 passenger car at 80.00 per hour.However, we also offer many specials, call for details.

Q.	How much is the gratuity?
We do not include the driver's gratuity in our rates as we feel it is better for the client to tip what they feel is appropriate based on the service our staff provides.We do tell all our clients that our drivers are only paid through tips,and because of this, they work really hard to provide excellent service.Generally, they receive between 18-20 %.

Q.	What is included in the price?
Your time begins AT pick-up, not when we leave our office.

Q.	Do you provide snacks and beverages?
We provide a complimentary beverage, you may choose from a bottle of non-alcoholic champaign or bottle water, assorted soda's or juice.We do not provide snacks, but you may provide your own.

Q.	How much is the deposit?
We require a 100.00 deposit which is inclusive of your total.The remaining balance is due at drop-off.

Q.	What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that if possible, please notify us within 2 weeks of a cancelation.

Q.	Are you insured?
Yes, we carry all the state required insurance.

Q.	Do you have wedding packages?
Yes,we supply a red carpet at no additional charge for pictures.We decorate our cars usine a silk floral arrangement to match your flowers in your ceremony, as well as napkins to match your colors.We present the Bride with a rose in her choice of colors and a card for the happy couple wishing them our best wishes.

a 3 passsenger executive sedan, a 8 passenger white,Lincoln limo,a 10 passenger white,Lincoln limousine.

Q.	What colors are available?
Currently, we only offer white limo's.

Q.	Is smoking permitted?
yes, we do not feel is is right to tell our clients that they cannot smoke when our drivers also smoke.However, if you are allergic to smoke-let us know, and the driver's will refrain.
