Our customer satisfaction policy provides for full uninteruupted coverage of your event in full vivid digital color. We stand behind our work if a complaint arises by doing whatever is necessary to re-work the problem to reach our customers' satisfaction.

I have founded Epic Video Productions in 1984.We have produced over 4,000 events ranging fom Weddings, Anniversaries, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Corporate functions, and more. Our results and satisfaction with our customers precedes our reputation for excellence and experience.

Q.	What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
Our rates range from modest packages of $899.00 to our most elaborate productions that reach budgets of $2,200.00.

Q.	How much are additional copies?
VHS Copies are generally $25.00 each beyond the provided number in the package. DVD copies are generally $45.00 ea. with the same terms of the package.

Q.	Do you provide copies on DVD?
Yes. We offer DVD's in every one of our packages

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
We require a deposit usually at $200.00 to book the date, and sometimes $500.00 for the larger packages.

Q.	How many cameras do you use?
Most often we use one 3-chip digital camera on our assignments, since it is what most often is asked for from our range of packages. For the more up-scale production we use two or three identical cameras for total coverage and network production look.

Q.	Do you provide editing services?
We provide full in-house editing services done on non-linear computer based systems. All of our editing is digitally mastered.
