Yes, your complete satisfaction is my goal and my guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your photographs, and we can not correct whatever the issue is to your complete satisfaction we will refund all payments.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
Yes, we have taken professional photography courses and participate in continuing education to constantly improve our skils.

Q.	What packages do you offer? What are your rates?
We price our services using a coverage plus ala-carte pricing policy. We offer unlimited wedding day coverage, complete set of Digital Negatives, Proof book, online gallery and a DVD Montage slide show set to music in our basic package. You may then order reprints, albums, etc. for an additional charge.

Q.	Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 33% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve your wedding date.

Q.	How many pictures do you take?
We average 50 to 75 photographs per hour of coverage.

Q.	Can I keep the negatives?
Since we use digital equipment there are no negatives, however, we do provide a complete set of high resolution image files for your use and printing with every package.

Q.	How many weddings have you photographed?
We have covered 36 weddings in the past year and average around 2 to 3 weddings per month.

Q.	What is your photographic style?
We shoot candid/photo-journalistic style with a blend of romantic and traditional posing.

Q.	Do you provide black and white photography?
We use all professional digital equipment and while all photographs are captured in color, they can be converted to black and white at no additional charge.

Q.	Do you use digital or film?
We use Professional Canon Digital equipment.

Q.	Can I see examples of your work?
Yes, we will be glad to come to you and show you samples of our work and you can visit our web site to review our most recent weddings.

Q.	How far are you willing to travel?
Travel within 2 hours of metro Phoenix is included in all packages. Outside of that range we charge $50/hour for travel. For destination weddings we bill my travel and expenses at cost.

Q.	How quickly will I receive my prints?
Proof galleries are available online in a private web site within 2 weeks of your wedding. Printed proofs are available for an additional charge in the same time frame. Delivery time on albums depends on the size and complexity of the album design.
